We have been to furniture stores all over the Pittsburgh area. We are extremely glad we found Today's Home!!! This was the best furniture buying experience I have ever had. We were warmly greeted as soon as we first arrived. Our designer Larry help us with our livingroom and dining room. He knew exactly what would work best in our not-so-easy to design rooms. We love you Larry!!! Thank you!!!

Wonderful staff! Very knowledgeable. The store is beautiful. I'm currently updating my living room and they have such unique furniture. I was surprised when looking at the price of each piece I was picking out. Very reasonable! Highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about this store. Super friendly staff, a wonderful selection of furniture and accessories and bonus puppies to boot. Whitney is a delight to work with and really has an eye for what works best in your space whether big or small. . Forget the chain stores, come and build a relationship with them. You wont be sorry!

We bought a chair from Outlet Furniture at Home’s Today, and Tony was a huge help! We looked at buying a sofa as well, and while we ultimately decided not to buy any additional furniture right now, Tony was so patient and helpful, answering all of our questions and letting us borrow swatches to determine the best color for our living room. Thanks Home Today for a great, no-pressure purchasing experience!

Outstanding customer service!!! Our Sales Professional, Whitney, answered all of our questions (which were many), promptly responded to my emails, and addressed any concerns that I had. We would definitely purchase from Today's Home again, and will recommend Whitney and Today's Home to our friends and family.

The person who helped me with my project was very cordial and knowledgeable. She knew exactly what I was looking for and had the patience with me to finish the job. The quality and workmanship of the products sold by Today's Home was outstanding. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

Awesome Store and wonderful staff!!! Whitney helped with interior decoration for my house and she is a delight to work with. Always willing to go the extra mile and has a great eye no matter your style. Small Business is worth it!

This store is gorgeous, and has something for everyone. It is so much more than a furniture show! The staff at Today’s Home is knowledgeable and friendly, which made for a great overall experience. I am not the most decisive person, so I appreciated their patience with me. The rooms that we re-did in our home turned out amazing. My fiancé and I will definitely be coming back!

When we went into Today's Home, we weren't expecting to buy anything. We were just browsing. However, the terrific selection, comfortable atmosphere and personal service sold us. We found a sleek and modern reclining sectional that we fell in love with. We had been comparison shopping for a few weeks and never saw anything like it at other retailers. The price was higher than the big box stores, but the quality and customization was unbeatable. Larry, the designer, was also fantastic! He was knowledgeable, helpful and patient as he guided us through the selection process. Overall it was a great experience!

I went to this store because they were local (not a box store) and I thought I could trust them. Wrong!! Paid over $5000.00 for a couch, waited over 7 months for delivery. Six months after delivery, after the holidays, we lifted our cushions to tidy up. Upon lifting of cushions we found a large tear and another area with the beginning of deterioration. Mind you, we are in our late 60's, we have not pets or children I called Today's Home and notified them. They then sent out a highly polite gentleman by the name of Carl. He told us he was not sure how this repair would be handled. He told us someone will get back to us in 1 to 2 weeks. Over a month had elapsed, no call. I then called for status update. The next day I was informed that the manufacturer felt that they were not liable. Today Home then informed me that for $275.00 they would gladly come out and "patch" the couch. Wait...I spent over $5,000 for a couch and less than a year later they refuse to make it right. So much customer service. If you don't mind paying high end prices for low end service, then this is the place for you. I would like to update my ratings for Today's home. 5 months ago I was not happy with the response from the staff to deal with my concerns. I am happy to report that the team at Today's Home did a reset and were able to correct and make good on everyone of my concerns. Hats off to Holly and Carl in particular. They were awesome in going the extra mile to bring a positive end results. In my initial post I stated one of the reasons I chose to do business with them was I thought I could trust them. My gut feeling turned out to be correct. I am here to tell you if its customer service and quality of product is what you are looking for, look no farther. I would highly recommend buying all your furniture needs from Today's Home.
